Quality service

SAGAT S.p.A. measures and analyses the quality of the services offered at Turin Caselle airport, in its capacity as airport Operator, by monitoring service levels and passenger satisfaction surveys.
These activities contribute to the annual publication of the airport Service Charter that has been drawn up by SAGAT, the first airport management company in Italy, since 1998.
The methods of measurement and statistical analysis have been given in the Guidelines defined by ENAC - Italian Civil Aviation Authority - which also has the task of approving the quality standards contained in the document.
SAGAT S.p.A. obtained ISO 9001/2008 Certification in December 2009 of the Quality Management System exactly in order to further improve the service level control process and be able to come into action effectively should corrective measures be necessary.
Certification was given to SAGAT S.p.A. by TUV Italia, an important German certifying body forming part of the TUV South Group.
